Junk Food Arround Millennials


Junk food
            Junk food is used to describe food and drinks low in nutrients e.g vitamins, minerals and fiber and also high in kilojoules, saturated fat, added sugar or salt. A recent study found that fast-food linked to obesity in millennials. Further research mentioned that the young who watch more than one week-long ads for junk food consume some 350 extra calories in high-sugar, salt, and fast foods.

            Millennials think junk food more effective and easy to find. Not only that, fast food has a delicious flavor and is affordable. The harmful effects of fast food substances in the food like candles found in the noodles. In fact, fast food there is preservative and flavor called “micin”. A “micin” phenomenon is used by teenagers to an adult when someone experiences less normal. The meaningless normal is like someone who is late to mind, who is long to answer when spoken to and otherwise. Some studies have shown that consuming fast food does not directly affect the body. But, fast food builds up in our body and then becomes a disease.  If the millennials always consumption that food they are will get memory system disorder. One study showed that a healthy person who eats junk food for more than five days would have a harmful effect on their heart, speed, and sensitivity. Eating junk food for five days can only aggravate your memory. This is a poor diet can cause certain chemical reactions that cause inflammation of the brain, which are associated with memory. Increase the risk of dementia. One study showed that excess fatty acids and sweetmeats can increase insulin levels in the body substantially. The higher the level of insulin in the body, the more the brain stops responding to this hormone and becomes resistant to it. It limits the ability to remember or think, thus creating the risk of dementia. As a millennial generation in need of maximum health, it is good to start cherishing yourself by taking a healthy diet. It’s important to take in the knowledge that different kinds of instant and fast food have different properties of harmful substances.
