        Teenagers usually at the age of 10-14 years old where they start to grow from children to teenagers. At the age children normally can’t control, so that parents feel overwhelmed by their children. The child’s form of change occurs not only in the biological but also psychological. The teacher also feels difficult to control their students, when they don’t want to handle and acquit.

            The psychological problem of a teenager is anxiety when they want all their dreams and desires appear they’re trying to fulfill them in the future. They started to feel anxiety if what they want and imagine couldn't afford it. Moreover, they have dreams of physical forms like their idol, being popular, appreciated and liked by a girl that’s important thing for youth. To get that a child lacking education will do some harm to others, for example, comparing, against orders and whatever it takes to get the attention of the people around them, so they can get a label to match what they want.
        These issues can be addressed by parents and educators which they must always cooperate in dealing with children who are in an early teenager. Educators always care with their dreams in a good way as giving good advice, direction, guide them to get what they want today certainly in the positive thing.

            A teacher for an example must give motivational words for the learner to become a spirit of learning. Children in their early teen phase desperate need the support and the motivation of the people around them. Provide them with such motivations as the description of a person’s success with their dream in the terms Minang called mambangkik batang nan tarandam and explain to them also the the reason why they should be really active in the study, as giving the task contained things that could be a lesson in every day, the score  presentation they would get and not lose is an explanation of a choice of consequences. They would get if they chose to do or not.

            As a parent communication and support to their child to become a success in the future. No matter how busy you are inviting your child to talk even briefly. Find the best time such as at dinner together, relaxing with family until the only time you are with the child.

            In addition, early adolescence also experiences opposition in the neighborhood. Opposition is usually linked to the identity of the youth. A teenager is not technically an adult, but neither is they are a child.

            Unfortunately, teacher, parents also neighbors often lead them to confusion. For example, at the other time, they were given responsibility and advised that they have an adult who is capable of good and right thinking. But the next time they are faced with a choice and opinion, they are bitterly rebuked that they are still young children who should not resist their parents’ encouragement.

            This opposition that sometimes confers identity and potentially leads to opposition and rebellion in a variety of attitudes and behavior. Parents, as well as teachers, give clear responsibilities and whatever they are not yet ready to do. When they do something wrong you wouldn’t talk about growing up to them. If you’re a teacher should assign tasks with define rules and duration including consequences.

            The next characterize the teenager is a group activity and a desire to try new things. The teenagers do group activity is very important to do. In this case, educators may assign the task of grounding the children to work together to solve problems given. Try bringing up junior high school with something new. Definitely still in the context of the lesson you’re teaching.

            Educating a child does require strong mental strength as well as unyielding determination. Teach a junior high school kid who at the time is a very bad phase. Parenting is a job cannot be done instantly. It’s a job that requires support from various aspects of life. May educators remain eager to brighten the generation.
